POLICY

Shipping Policy:

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received an email, your item has not yet been shipped. 

 

Shipping for all United States customers is a flat-rate fee of $15 USD. This is Standard “Buyer Signs Package On Arrival” (2-5 days) shipping through UPS First-Class Package. Same-Day Shipping is a flat-rate fee of $60 USD. This Is Expedite “Buyer Signs Package On Arrival” (1 day) shipping through UPS Priority Mail Package.

 

Once you order you are agreeing to NO REFUNDS AND NO DISPUTES. If you proceed to do that you are NO LONGER able to shop with me EVER again.

 

Return and Exchange Policy only applies to purchases made through the website and any other website or application that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Exchanges (if eligible)

 

We only replace items if there was a mistake on our end with size or color. You do have a time period of 3 days after you receive your package to aware us about the mistake with your order. If you need to exchange it for correct color or size please send us an email at TheBigOneHelp@gmail.com for further instructions. Again, This only applies when the wrong size or color was sent out, not when the customer purchased the wrong size or color.

 

Pre-Order Policy:

 

Pre-Order items have a longer processing time which is 3-5 weeks. Once item arrives to us, orders will be shipped 1-3 days after arrival. Every product is handmade with hard work, cut, and sewn. If you cannot wait patiently for an update on Pre-Order items please do not order. Pre-Orders are NOT eligible for REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES.
