Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

A: It can take up to 3-6 days or 1-2 weeks (total) for your order to be shipped + delivered to you. You will receive a confirmation number after purchasing as well as a tracking number when package has been shipped. During holidays please allow a grace period of 2 weeks exact when awaiting your order.

 

Q: Is there a return policy?

A: Yes, returns, exchanges and refunds will be found in Store Policy (if eligible)

 

Q: What’s the process when it comes to Pre-Order items?

A: Pre-Order items have a longer processing time which is 3-5 weeks. Once item arrives to us, orders will be shipped 1-2 days after arrival. Every product is handmade with hard work, cut, and sewn. If you cannot wait patiently for an update on Pre-Order items please do not order. 

 

Q: What do I do if I missed my delivery time for my package?

A:  Go to USPS.com, input your tracking number and from there you will be able to schedule a redelivery. Please select a day where you will be at residency to sign for package on arrival.

 

Q: My package shows delivered but I did not receive it, who do I contact?

A: Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) to solve the problem of your missing package. TheBigOne Brand labels every package to be signed by Receiver on arrival of delivery. If you’re not at home at the time of the delivery date you will have to reschedule delivery through your tracking number information.
